These terms cover musegod.org, the $MUSEGOD token pages, the Muses collection pages and the musegod bot in our Discord server. By using any of them you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use them.

What this is

MUSEGOD is a memecoin and a collection of 999 NFTs (the Muses) on Robinhood Chain. The site and the bot show public onchain and marketplace data and post it to Discord. We do not hold your funds, and we never will.

Not advice

Nothing here is financial, investment, legal or tax advice. Nothing is an offer to buy or sell anything. Tokens and NFTs can lose all of their value. Prices, rarity ranks and rewards shown on the site come from public data and may be late or wrong. Do your own research and only risk what you can lose.

Your wallet

You are responsible for your wallet, your keys and every transaction you sign. Transactions on a blockchain cannot be reversed. We will never ask for your seed phrase or private key, and we will never DM you first. Anyone who does is a scammer.

Discord rules

Follow Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
No scams, spam, impersonation, harassment or hate.
No sharing links to wallet drainers, fake mints or fake support.

We can remove messages and members, and restrict roles, at our discretion.

Using the site and the API

You may use the site and its public API for lawful purposes. Do not attack, overload or scrape it in a way that degrades it for others, and do not try to get around rate limits. We can block access without notice.

Content and art

The site, the god and the Muses artwork are ours or used with permission. Owning a Muse does not by itself transfer copyright in the artwork. Any license that comes with a Muse is stated on the site, and where it is silent, the artwork is for personal, non-commercial use.

No warranty

The site and the bot are provided as is and as available, with no promise that they will be accurate, always on, or free of bugs. Third-party services (OpenSea, Discord, the chain itself) can change or fail without us.

Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss from using or being unable to use the site or the bot, including losses from trading, scams, smart contract bugs or downtime.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms. The date at the top changes when we do, and using the site afterward means you accept the new version. Questions go to us in the Discord or at @musegod_rh on X.
