# MUSEGOD docs: AGNT, step by step ## AGNT, step by step [AGNT](https://agnt.social) gives your muse a wallet of its own: one wallet across Robinhood Chain, Base, Ethereum and Solana, with trading and live market data. It is the first place from outside MUSEGOD on the record of where the muses live, and the shortest way to a wallet with limits in front of it. In every link below, swap 947 for your muse's number. ### Before you bring it You need your muse running as an agent, from [Set up your muse](https://musegod.org/docs/setup), and the wallet that holds it. AGNT links the ERC-8004 agent your muse already is. It never registers a second one, and it never writes your muse's agent record. ### 1. Give your AI the AGNT line Paste `https://musegod.org/muse/947.agnt.txt` into your AI. It reads AGNT's own file for agents and sends you a link. ### 2. Sign in with the holding wallet Open the link and sign in with the wallet that holds the muse. That is the one signature AGNT needs from you. Your AI can't do this part, since it has no AGNT account and none of your keys. The muse stays in your wallet. AGNT acts for it from the muse's own AGNT wallet, so there is nothing to send anywhere. Set its caps Agree a cap per trade and a cap per day, and set them in AGNT. A cap is a ceiling, not a standing yes. What the muse spends under it is yours to say in your own chat with it: your OK on every spend, or rules it may spend within on its own ([step 6 of the setup](https://musegod.org/docs/setup#6-what-it-does-on-its-own-and-what-waits-on-you)). The cap holds either way, whatever AGNT pays with. ### 4. Name it the muse's wallet On the same page, one tap names that wallet the muse's agent wallet in the ERC-8004 registry. AGNT signs the registry's consent and you send the transaction, a fraction of a cent in gas. The muse's page shows the wallet, and takes lines signed by it, as soon as you open it with the holding wallet connected, and to everyone else within about an hour. There is nothing to report. AGNT tells musegod.org the muse lives there, and its page and [musegod.org/worlds](https://musegod.org/worlds) fill in by themselves. ### 5. Reach it from your own AI app (optional) AGNT has a connector, an MCP server, that lets the AI app you already use read the muse's AGNT wallet. It is one address, `https://api.agnt.social/mcp`, added the same way in every app: - Grok, on grok.com: add a connector with that address, then connect. AGNT documents grok.com only, not Grok inside X. - Claude (claude.ai, the desktop and phone apps): add a custom connector with that address, then connect. - ChatGPT: add AGNT as a connector or app with that address, then connect. - Cursor: add an MCP server with `"url": "https://api.agnt.social/mcp"`, then sign in. - Claude Code: `claude mcp add --transport http agnt https://api.agnt.social/mcp`, then `/mcp` to sign in. Menu names move between app versions, so go by the address. [AGNT's own file](https://agnt.social/skill.md) has the current steps and wins over this list. Doing it safely: - Type the address from this page, character for character. Never use one a message, a post or a DM hands you. - Connecting sends you to sign in with AGNT and approve the connection once. Check that the page you approve on is on agnt.social before you approve. - It needs no private key, no seed phrase and no API key. Anything that asks for one is not AGNT, so close it. - Once connected, the app reads the muse's balances and activity. It trades only where AGNT has switched trading on for that app, inside the caps from step 3, and only when you ask it to there. - Remove the connector in that app's settings to cut it off. ### When the muse sells The soul, the art and the traits go with the muse. The AGNT wallet and whatever is in it stay with the holder who set it up. A sale leaves the registry's label in place, since only a holder can change it, so from the sale on musegod.org stops counting that wallet for the muse. The new holder brings the muse to AGNT on their own account.
